Turmeric Cashew Milk Eggnog


Tumeric Cashew milk eggnog

INGREDIENTs - serves 6ppl

  • 8 eggs - separate, yolk and whites

  • ¾ cup of sugar

  • Pinch of salt

  • 4 cups of Milked Cashews

  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric

  • 1 teaspoon of nutmeg - fresh

  • Pinch of cinnamon

  • 1 cup of bourbon or optional spirit


  • In a mixing bowl , beat egg yolks on high speed until creamy and think. Slowly add sugar and continue beating until they are very light. - 3-5 min. Add salt and beat to combine.  Set aside.

  • In a glass mixing bowl beat the egg whites to stiff peaks and set aside.

  • Combine Cashew Milk, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and turmeric in a saucepan. Heat up slowly - medium heat for about 5 min. DO not BOIL. When small bubbles are formed on the top, whisk the hot milk into the yolk mixture. Add the beaten whites and/or spirit and mix until everything is incorporated.

  • Fill the eggnog mix into a pitcher for serving.
