Kiwi Mango Oat Smoothie Bowl

INGREDIENTs - serves 2ppl

  • 1.5 cups of frozen mangos

  • 3 Kiwis - peeled

  • 1.5 cups of Oats

  • 2 cups of oat milk

  • coconut nectar optional

    Toppings

    Shaved Coconut , Bee polen , Kiwis, Mangos

    Cia Seeds

    DIRECTIONS

  • Combine all ingredient into a blender ( I use a Vitamix) and puree until completely smooth - the mixture should be thick. Add a touch more liquid if necessary to get it to blend completely smooth.

  • Transfer to a bowl and add toppings as desired
