Rose & Hibiscus Tea

INGREDIENTs - serves 2ppl

  • 2 teaspoons of dried roses

  • 2 teaspoons dried hibiscus or one tea bag

  • 4 cups Hot Water


  • In a small saucepan combine the ingredients.

  • Bring the water to a simmer and turn off the heat, stirring briefly to saturate the buds.

  • Allow the tea to steep for 10 minutes.

  • Strain it, as the hibiscus blossoms can be bitter if steeped too long.

  • Sweeten (if needed) and serve hot
